Salary Scale: 23-27 (£32,076 - £35,745)
Contract: Full time, permanent

Person Specification
We are looking to appoint an education welfare service for children, their families and 3 secondary academies within the Trust (Sacred Heart Catholic Academy, Crosby, The Salesian Academy of St John Bosco, Bootle and St Edmund Arrowsmith Catholic Academy, Whiston.) ensuring children receive education appropriate to their needs, by driving the highest possible attendance at school or otherwise. To be responsible for the planning, development, design, organisation and monitoring of whole Secondary Schools attendance procedures and policies to ensure a consistent Trust-wide focus on students’ attendance, using data and benchmarks to measure and monitor progress and set targets which will promote and sustain improvement.
